Explore practical vocational training that combines workplace learning with vocational education.

Discuss your pathway

A PATHWAY. A PLAN. PERSONAL GUIDANCE.

Your goals are the starting point.

We begin with your education, experience, language level and ambitions. Together, we review the requirements and agree a written scope of support before you commit.

What we can discuss

  • Trade selection and employer applications
  • Language advisory and interview preparation
  • Visa and settling-in support

Thirteen stages. Six clear phases.

Practical vocational training combines learning in a workplace with vocational education. Programme structure, employer expectations, training allowance and funding arrangements vary. Some programmes are school-based; training income does not automatically cover all living costs.

01 · Discovery and direction

1. Discovery; 2. Information and eligibility review; 3. Counselling and pathway selection. Understand the trade, requirements and preparation relevant to your profile.

02 · Agreement and documents

4. Written agreement; 5. Document preparation. Confirm the exact service scope, fees, milestones and responsibilities.

03 · Language and employer preparation

6. Language facilitation; 7. Training employer search; 8. CV and interview preparation. Allwerks facilitates language-course introductions; you enrol and pay schools directly.

04 · Visa and departure planning

9. Visa preparation; 10. Decision and pre-departure planning. Employers and visa authorities make independent decisions.

05 · Travel and arrival

11. Travel and accommodation search facilitation; 12. Arrival onboarding. Travel, rent, deposits and third-party charges remain separate.

06 · Training and settling in

13. Training commencement and settling-in support, as included in your agreed package.

Language and fees

B1 is normally required for the vocational-training visa; employers or programmes may expect a higher level. Your individual requirements should be checked against current official guidance. Service fees and payment milestones must be confirmed in the current written agreement before you commit.

After you arrive

Post-arrival support is shaped around your agreed package and may include:

  • Accommodation search facilitation
  • Address registration guidance
  • Bank account and health insurance guidance
  • Relevant residence-permit and Tax ID steps
  • Beginning your study, job search or training

Understand the boundaries

Allwerks supports preparation and applications, not guaranteed admission, placement or visa approval. Government charges, language classes, exams, translations, insurance, financial evidence, travel, rent and deposits are separate unless your written agreement says otherwise.
